Refund Policy

At TekniqlyMobile, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth, transparent process for returns and refunds.

Conditions for Returns


You may return items if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including accessories and manuals).

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival (qualifying for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost – see our Wrong & Damaged Item Policy).

How to Return an Item

 

  • Contact us via our email hello@tekniqlymobile.ie.

  • Our team will review your request, issue a return authorization.

  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit and ship it to the address provided.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

 

  1. When You Cover the Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping in cases such as:

  • Change of mind

  • No longer needed

  • Item not suitable for intended use

  • Incorrect product purchased

  • Wrong colour or size selected

  2. When TekniqlyMobile Covers the Costs
We cover return shipping if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect and we request its return.

  3.Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days,.

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), both the initial and return shipping fees will be refunded.

  • For returns unrelated to our error, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


  4.Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value.

  5.Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

  6. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal compliance. Please review it periodically.
