At Tekniqly Mobile, we stand behind the quality of our mobile phone accessories. We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all products purchased through our website, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

  • Faulty materials or components

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Issues arising under normal use conditions

 What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading)

  • Loss or theft

  • Products not purchased directly from TekniqlyMobile.com

 Warranty Claims

 

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team at hello@tekniqlymobile.ie with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Include clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  3. We’ll assess your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

 Returns & Replacements

Approved warranty claims may be eligible for:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)

  • A refund or store credit if the item is no longer available
